The Client Services Business Management and Analytics function (BMA) supports the Global Client Services team, partnering with CS leads and finance teams to manage its overall performance and cost targets through the monthly production of KPIs, ExCo reporting, headcount tracking, and monthly cost reconciliation including T&E.
It is responsible for the development, implementation and support of mission-critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports, Excel Reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams across Osttra’s suite of products.
