Role Description

Arcadis is searching for a Junior Civil Engineering Technologist to join its Edmonton, AB office. The position is within the global business area Places, supporting clients worldwide to create smart, safe, and sustainable environments. The role focuses on land development projects including subdivisions, commercial and industrial sites, and public sector infrastructure such as roads, transit, deep utilities, and streetscape projects.

Role Accountabilities

• Design and draft civil works drawings for land development projects.
• Assist the CAD Team with developing plans, section details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure drawing accuracy and consistency.
• Complete tasks assigned by Engineers.
• Identify, resolve, and communicate technical issues.
