Our ideal candidate will be an essential member of our Document Control group which supports the entire Projects Team network within Lanmark. We are looking for a new grad from any post-secondary degree or diploma program or 1 years’ experience in a Document Control / Data Entry position. The Junior Data Entry Clerk / Analyst position will report to the Lead Document Controller and is responsible for all assigned client data entry and archival activities. Please note this is an in-office position.

Job Responsibilities

Managing information input and ensuring all relevant documentation meets Lanmark requirements.

Maintaining related work aids, procedures, and checklists for all phases.

Ensuring adherence to all Document Control standards and processes through informal checking of document control outputs (transmittals, metadata, distribution & completed request forms).
