CTP is looking for a Junior Designer.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design and a curiosity for how ideas come to life across channels. You’re detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real work from day one. You care about craft, stay on top of visual trends, and are motivated to keep improving with every project.

You’ll collaborate with writers, art directors, strategists, brand leads and our video team to bring ideas to life—contributing from early concepts through final production. Whether it’s a single, beautifully designed frame or a full campaign across channels, you care about the details and how it all comes together.
