The Opportunity
Next Match AI LLC is seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Junior Developer to join our distributed global software engineering team. As our automated AI matching networks and foundational HR API infrastructure experience rapid commercial adoption across North America and the GCC, we are expanding our core technical team to support feature deployment, database optimization, and high-volume data validation holds.
Operating completely remote from within Malaysia, you will work alongside senior software architects to write clean code, squash system bugs, and optimize front-end and back-end modules. You will play a vital, hands-on role in scaling our cloud ecosystems, collaborating directly with our core engineering and innovation hub in Abu Dhabi.
