Introduction

As a Junior Business Analyst / Digital Specialist, you would be required to have an understanding of the Digital Climate, and how this can support different business processes within CCI. As a specialist specifically you would be supporting with various different functions, starting off with supporting some of our Human Capital elements. Having an understanding of various HRMS solutions such as Sage, Oracle, Workday, or CRM solutions such as SAP would be key to developing and maintaining our Digital solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reviewing and supporting improvements on existing business processes within these solutions.
• Support with the creation of solution proposals that positively impact overall business goals of clients and prospective clients.
