At Tangent, we develop electrical hardware for clients in regulated industries: medical devices, hazardous locations, defence, aerospace, and industrial systems. We take designs through validation, qualification testing, and certification, backed by a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016. That means the work is rigorous, the documentation matters, and the things we ship end up in the field.

We are looking for a junior electrical engineer early in their career who already has some real design experience and wants to grow fast inside a disciplined, mentored environment. You will work alongside senior engineers, take on increasing ownership as you prove yourself, and learn what it takes to bring hardware from concept to certified product.
