Position Overview

Job Description

  • Processing received orders in collaboration with CRM and Process control team
  • Preparation, submittal, and follow Up of GAD, Critical Documents, and technical files with customers
  • Tracking of issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders
  • Tracking the schedule of receiving material and delivery
  • Tracking the Release of related invoices to the customers
  • Attending SAT and Conduct Quality Inspection to confirm compliance of Products before delivery to customers
  • Assist in the execution of Electrical and Instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
  • Support the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
