Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and execution of preventive maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance of MEP systems 
Support supervision of HVAC (DX/FCU/AHU), electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems 
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors for timely completion of work orders 
Monitor service delivery against SLA/KPI requirements 
Attend site inspections and assist in identifying defects, snags, and maintenance requirements 
Maintain records including PPM checklists, work orders, and service reports 
Support HOTO activities, snag closure, and handover documentation 
Assist in material requests, spare parts tracking, and vendor follow-ups 
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and client requirements 
Support client coordination and reporting as required
