About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to support finance reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities in a shared services environment. This role is ideal for early-career finance professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to develop their skills in financial reporting, data analysis, dashboards, and business support. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to turn financial data into clear insights that support better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance reporting, analysis, and insight generation across business teams.
• Assist in month-end activities, including flash reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and variance checks.
• Prepare, validate, and consolidate financial data from multiple sources.
