Hominum Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a Junior Fleet Controller / Operations Assistant to support daily fleet and operational activities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, communicates well, can work under pressure, and enjoys being involved in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor fleet movements and assist with daily planning


2. Communicate with drivers, managers, and operational staff


3. Support day-to-day operations and problem-solving


4. Assist with administrative duties, including trip sheets, timekeeping, and PODs


5. Help ensure operations remain on schedule and run efficiently
