What You’ll Do

• Configure and operate our cloud-based Flight Data Analysis software, Sky Analyst
• Review and validate Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) and Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) events
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze data to identify flight safety and operational trends
• Deliver exceptional customer support and training
• Assist with aircraft incident investigations and FDR reasonableness reports
• Support software development by testing new features
• Complete other tasks as we grow
