Junior Foreman
A well-established company in the civil engineering and construction sector is seeking a Junior Foreman to join their team in Cape Town.
Minimum Requirements:
2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in civil construction
Proven experience working on roads, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects
Strong ability to supervise teams and ensure work is completed according to quality, safety, and project requirements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor progress and quality of work on roads, pipelines, and other civil works
Support the Site Agent/Foreman in managing teams, subcontractors, and resources
Report on project progress and challenges
