Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Tech Lead to execute plans and technical direction for the platform. Take ownership of features — design, build, test, deploy and maintain. Participate actively in code reviews, system discussions and engineering best practices. Ensure product performance, scalability and reliability at scale with strong understanding of scalable architecture, performance optimisation and secure coding practices. Produce clear documentation for systems, features and operational procedures. Occasionally lead and drive feature development independently. Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (PM, Scrum Master, PO, UXD, BA, QA, DevOps, Data). Comfortable working in both new and legacy codebases and learn fast.
