Position Summary





The Functional System Tester Junior will support the end-to-end testing activities for the firm’s employee experience program, with a focus on validating configuration, integrations and business processes across multiple systems. The role will work under the direction of the Test Manager and in close collaboration with Workstream Leads to plan and prepare tests, execute Functional, UAT, E2E and regression test cycles, and support product release testing.





The tester will be responsible for hands-on testing of one or more business applications and participating in regression testing across environments. The position is suited to candidates with 1–2 years of functional testing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate testing activities and reporting within a structured project environment.
