Qualification Required: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
ο Greeting guests and responding to queries.
ο Changing bed linen and making beds.
ο Keeping Public Area Clean and Spotless
ο Train HK staff and maintain service standards
ο Coordinate with department for smooth functioning
ο Maintain Inventory and Purchase Accordingly
ο Inform about any maintenance / Repair
ο Ability to work with little or no supervision
ο Support the HK coordinator in times of need
ο Ensure Time management and efficient working standards
