A New Zealand-founded technology business with a strong global footprint is looking for a Junior HR Advisor to keep the people function running smoothly through a busy period of growth.

Description

This is a fixed-term contract through to the end of 2026. It is a hands-on, generalist role suited to someone early in their HR career who wants real exposure across the full employee lifecycle, not just admin. The HR framework here is already in place and performing well. BambooHR is live, and performance reviews, engagement surveys and wellness initiatives are all running. You’ll help maintain and improve that, while giving managers and employees responsive day-to-day support.
