Junior HR Manager

My client, a specialized logistics company which operates a fleet of 80 food grade tankers for the transportation of mainly wine, plant oils and fruit concentrate, is currently recruiting for a Junior HR Manager for their depot in Brackenfell. The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director.

Duties & Responsibilities

RECRUITMENT OF OFFICE STAFF

• Compile advert and get approval
• Put advert on job portals
• Screen CVs and compile short list
• Interviews
• Reference checks
• Send offer

HR ADMINISTRATION & NBCFRLI ADMINISTRATION

• Office staff and drivers contracts
• Compile and maintain employee files
• Provide HR information for monthly reporting
• Compile and maintain Job Descriptions
• Submit monthly D-form to National Bargaining Council of Road Freight and Logistics (NBCFRLI)
