Description
Our healthcare client is seeking a Junior HR Recruiter to join their team onsite Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of HR experience who is looking to grow into full-cycle recruiting.



+ Source candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and outreach

+ Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

+ Spend a significant amount of time calling and screening candidates.

+ Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

+ Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process

+ Support full-cycle recruiting activities from sourcing through offer stage

+ Assist with onboarding tasks, including new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation

+ Help ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations

+ Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
