Main Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of HR Business Partner functions and employee lifecycle management.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of required reports and HR documentation in compliance with regulations set by the regulator (OJK).
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to implement HR initiatives
- Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
