The Junior Human Resources Business Partner supports the delivery of people solutions by partnering with line managers and employees to implement HR initiatives, provide first‑line HR advice, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices. The role works closely with HR Business Partners and the General Manager to deliver effective HR services that support business objectives.
Key Performance Areas
Business Partnering
- Build effective working relationships with supervisors and line managers
- Provide first-line HR advice and support on people-related matters
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and business initiatives
- Escalate complex matters to the General Manager where appropriate
Employee Relations
- Provide guidance on routine employee relation matters
