Key Accountabilities
Provide second-level technical support for Windows 11 and Office 365 (first-level support is managed by the Global Enterprise Help Desk).Diagnose and troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues (hardware repairs are handled by external vendors).Perform operating system installations for notebooks and workstations.Set up audio/video systems for meetings and corporate events, including video conferencing tools (HP / Poly).Support project-based IT initiatives and participate in the implementation of new technologies or process improvements.Monitor and manage IT inventory (notebooks, workstations, peripherals, and...
