Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role or similar, preferably in an IT environment.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
