Junior IT System Administration

Responsibilities

• Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad
• Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware
• Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)
• Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company
• Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)

Requirements

• Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area
• Experience is welcome, but not mandatory
• Ability to learn and process information quickly
• Great communication skills to deal with a plethora of situations
