Position Title: Junior IT & HR Support

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT & Admin Support to assist in day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. This role will report directly to the HR Manager and will support both IT operations and HR-related system requirements (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, HRIS support). This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience.

Job Description

IT Support (Primary)

• Assist in setting up computers, printers, and office devices
• Create and manage user accounts, emails, and system access
• Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support onboarding and offboarding (device and system setup)
• Coordinate with external IT providers for technical concerns
