Jr. Java Developer (Academy)

We are looking for early career woman talent (0–1 year of experience) to join our Academy program, where we will support your development and help you grow your career in technology.

No strong experience is required — we are looking for potential, attitude, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and participate in real projects with guidance from experienced team members
• Support simple development tasks on both backend and frontend
• Collaborate with different teams in a learning environment
• Continuously build your technical and professional skills

What We’re Looking For

• 0 to 1 year of experience (internships, school projects, or bootcamps are totally valid)
• Basic understanding of programming (Java is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Interest in web development (frontend or backend)
