From day one, you will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-impact transactions and complex corporate matters while progressively taking greater ownership of your work. 

 Your work will cover a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

• Corporate reorgansations


• Corporate governance


• Company law advice


• Capital market transactions

You will advise entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, private equity investors and international groups across a wide variety of industries.
