Involvement in non-contentious (including dispute avoidance training and workshops drafting agreements and standard terms and conditions contract reviews and negotiation and providing management and site team with practical advice on specialist large scale complex or problem projects).
Tracked record experience in providing end to end support in the management of contentious matters.
