They are currently looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel to partner closely with the commercial teams and provide legal support across the organisation.
Responsibilities - You will provide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of commercial matters by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements including distributor, maintenance and service contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
