You will quickly develop hands-on expertise, with strong support from your mentor:

• Advise members on individual employment law matters (termination, compensation, inspections, disputes, wellbeing, etc.)


• Work on collective labour law topics (collective agreements, social dialogue, elections, etc.)


• Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical advice


• Participate in meetings, working groups and legal discussions


• Deliver trainings and information sessions (with guidance at the start)

From day one, youwillwork on real cases, not just support tasks.

• Master's degree in Law (recent graduate or max. 1 year experience)


• Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory)


• Good knowledge of French; English is a plus
