Reporting Lines

The incumbent will work under the overall supervision of the Director of the FAO Liaison Office, under the direct supervision of the Liaison Officer, and in collaboration with the two project coordinators.

Technical Focus

• Support coordination and liaison activities for the FAO-IOM Project and the ePhyto Project, including with FAO HQ, IOM Brussels, FAO country offices, Belgian public institutions, civil society organizations and Brussels-based stakeholders.
• Contribute to project activities, meetings, diaspora engagement, migration-related events, and related knowledge-sharing, visibility and communication efforts, particularly in French where required.
• Support the Liaison Office’s broader communication and administrative work, including monthly newsletters, social media posts, office initiatives and other related duties as required.
