This position will be supporting Logistic Manager for coordinating logistics activities across different value chains in the Southeast Asia region, focusing initially on ocean going vessels. In this position, coordination with the commercial team help to maximum the value of the trading books.
Main Accountabilities - Coordinate with commercial team, destination office, Global Logistics/origin/shippers and freight on all shipment planning and issues.
- Monitoring of the shipments at loading or discharge ports to ensure smooth execution and meet requirements, notify any potential or realized risks or issues to the Value Chain to resolve.
- Create and update all the shipments planning/changes.
- Coordinate with freight operation/destinations office/broker for any logistics or ad‑hocs issues.
