As part of a project team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting meetings. Live, hybrid or virtual. For our service providers and partners as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, you are the first point of contact who actively promotes constant exchange and thus provides colleagues and service providers with all relevant information. You will help to keep the budget and targets of your projects up-to-date and adhere to them, coordinate the tendering of service providers and trades as well as the support of partners. During the implementation of the events, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning. Experience in the field of pharmaceutical customers is desirable.
