Position Overview

To prepare daily observations report. 
Coordinate and support the project team in implementing the HSSE Policies Plans & Procedures in line with Local Rules and Guidelines. 
To prepare weekly HSSE report. 
To prepare Monthly HSSE and MIS report. 
To update KPI data from different projects. 
To do Bi-weekly HSSE Walkthrough report. 
To conduct welfare facilities inspection office inspection Safety harness inspection store inspection fire extinguisher inspection. 
Provide adequate and appropriate control measure(s) for taking proactive action(s) to prevent all kinds of Hazard and Risk associated with it. 
Coordinate incident/accident/near miss investigation & ensure adequate measures are being taken/implemented for preventive measures. 
Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed precisely. 
Identify new innovative ideas to improve the safety culture and standards of the organization.
