SouthIndian Bank : Junior Officer Sales position HL mortgage sales for Delhi NCR location

Location- Delhi NCR

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

Minimum 2–3 years' work experience in mortgage sales in any Bank/NBFC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate Home Loan business through direct sourcing, referrals, builders, developers, channel partners, and DSAs.
• Identify prospective customers looking for home finance.
• Conduct customer meetings and understand financing requirements.
• Promote Home Loan products and explain features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI calculations, tenure, and repayment options.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales/disbursement targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
• Collect and verify customer documentation.
