Junior Operations Analyst

Ebury Leon Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

We are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to join our Ebury Operations team in our Leon office. What you’ll do

• Instruction and initial verification of client payments, in accordance with internal processes and in linewith internal SLAs
• Completion of payment beneficiaries, in accordance with internal processes
• Help clients to resolve questions or issues regarding their transactions and payments, on email, phoneand chat, with empathy and enthusiasm
