We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations for our Israel-based employees in cooperation with payroll vendor. If you enjoy working with data, value accuracy, and want to develop your expertise in a global organization — this role is for you!
Your Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes for a designated employee population
Ensure accuracy and consistency between payroll and HR data
Process payroll adjustments (bonuses, deductions, refunds, accruals, and ad-hoc payments)
Prepare payroll reports and support stakeholder inquiries
Handle employee and manager queries (2nd line support) via the case management system
Administer pension schemes, social benefits, and insurance programs
