In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide suitable technical solutions, and support solution sizing and proposal preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Assist in preparing solution sizing and technical proposals.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into effective network and infrastructure designs.
- Architect solutions that align with customer business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
