Responsibilities

• Execution of (sub-)projects for the development of baby care product innovations, mainly new product platforms and features for baby diapers
• Coordination and supervision of trial runs, laboratory tests, and panel tests
• Documentation and preparation of test results and project progress
• Intensive communication with internal stakeholders (mechanical engineering, procurement, sales, controlling, quality, finance, production sites) and external suppliers, customers, and service providers
• Independent creation and delivery of project presentations and product trainings for internal committees
• Active contribution to the development of ideas for new products (concepts, features, materials, services)
• Collaboration with the IP team for analysis of competitor patents and creation of new Ont...
