Job Description
- Set up and maintain sustainability performance indicator calculations, emission factors, etc. on online products.
- Fault finding and bug testing.
- Track and analyse key user engagement metrics such as time spent using the tool, feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction scores.
- Report on user success data to the Product Manager and other stakeholders, providing insights to guide future product development decisions.
- In collaboration with the Client Success team, gather user feedback through surveys, interviews and user testing sessions.
- Analyse user feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product improvement.
- Monitor new features to understand their technical implications and potential benefits.
- Assist with project management tasks.
Qualifications
