Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing: creating social media ads on Canva, boosting ad campaigns
- Ensuring Offer to purchase/PROCSA Agreements /JBCC Contracts are filled out correctly
- Liaison to Clients, professional team, conveyancers and banks
- Assisting with snagging for new and existing developments
- Understand and formulate excel formulae
- Knowledgeable in Project feasibility reports
- Understand Construction Bill of Quantities - Budget vs Actual costing
- Sourcing Quotations from various suppliers
- Ability to draw up Minutes of Meetings
- Maintain website content
- Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts
- Diary Management; Be able to coordinate meetings and send out meeting invites
