Position Summary

The Junior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring. This position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals by coordinating tasks, facilitating communication, and tracking progress across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement order (backlog)-management improvements to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
  • Maintain accurate backlog and ship report overviews.
  • Manage delivery and financial reports and status of HW install orders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, and risks, escalating issues when needed.
