Our client is looking for a suitably qualified individual to assist them on the ‘Deal/transactions’ side of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum qualifications:
Either a BSc in Quantity Surveying, BSc in Building Science/Construction Management, BSc in Civil Engineering, or BSc in Property Studies.
Age: 25 - 35 years old as this is a junior position.

Previous experience in:
Business development
Construction
Property
Quantity Surveying development
Leasing
Or a combination of the above.

You will work with the Senior Consultant and be developed and grown within the company as you gain experience over the years. You will be involved in business development and deals/transactions with the guidance of your Senior Consultant.
