One of our client is looking for a proactive and resourceful Junior Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment of technical and marine professionals for offshore and vessel-based operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience sourcing candidates through recruitment portals, social media, and professional networks, with a strong understanding of the Marine & Offshore talent market across the GCC and international regions.
