About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter with at least 6 months of headhunting experience to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, experienced in sourcing candidates through different channels, and familiar with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

This role is fully remote and offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international recruitment projects while working with a dynamic team.

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Conduct proactive headhunting for various positions across multiple industries.
