Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding hiring needs to coordinating interviews, offer management, and onboarding 
Work closely with clients to understand their team requirements, project needs, and hiring expectations 
Source and connect with suitable candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and internal databases 
Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to better understand experience, career goals, and overall role fit 
Build strong and lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through regular communication and professional support
