Job Summary :
Location: Tai Seng
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Salary Range: Up $3,500

Key Responsibilities : - Design and create floral products in line with brand standards.
- Conceptualize floral arrangements for weddings, events, and styled setups.
- Prepare daily and weekend orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee weekly floral inventory and purchases.
- Mentor junior florists and support team development.
- Assist with on-site floral setup and installations for events.
- Conduct floral maintenance at hotels or contracted venues.
- Handle larger floral designs requiring on-site assembly.
Requirements : - Experience: 1–3 years
- Strong sense of floral design, colour coordination, and styling.
