The Junior Site Engineer is responsible for assisting the Site Engineer on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.
A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
- Monitor and supervise assistant engineer and workers to ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship.
- Supervise subcontractors’ works in order to ensure compliance according to approved shop drawings and details
- Prepare inspection forms and conduct joint inspection with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) upon completion of works
- Follow up on basic program ensuring targeted dates are met on site
- Highlight any non-compliance issue to sub-contractor and Project Manager
Skills & Requirements - Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the construction industry
