Position Overview
The Pilot Boat, Lyme Regis is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to help the Head/Sous Chef run its kitchen. The successful applicant will be passionate about fresh food, assisting the head/sous chef developing a menu and have worked in a high-volume food operation. (Extra £2-£3 p/hour in tips)
