Junior Sous Chef – Sushi Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Junior Sous Chef – Sushi to join our team at KIGO in Dubai.
Requirements - Minimum of 6 years of authentic sushi preparation experience in high‑end Japanese restaurants.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the high‑end Japanese restaurant concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional Japanese language knowledge will be highly advantageous.
- Currently based in Dubai.
